MY VIEW:
This is a copier machine well equipped for a office where the coping work load is less than 1000 copies per day.There are various functions which are present in this mean machine, such as Energy Saver.If not in use the machine automatically goes in sleep mode i.e. energy saver mode, however the machine can be also put in to and bring out of energy saver mode, with the help of an button, which glows green when energy saver mode is activated.Other speciality of this machine is that it can print on both sides on the paper automatically( duplex is optional).The engineer installed the duplex mechanism in the machine which is awesome. Functions such as ID card copy function in which one a press of button , the machine understands that it is scanning ID card and prints both the sides on a single side of paper above and below.There is on option in which you can increase and decrease the darkness of the copies, ID cards and all the copies which are scanned which have a photo or an image on it, it requires less darkness as compared to text.we have a function which helps you to select text or photo /text or photo to be scanned, the default is photo/text.There is also a option of of selecting a tray from which we want to draw the paper the side tray or the primary tray which is numbered 1 tray, which can hold a capacity of 250 papers at once.There is an option of printing on 2 sides of a paper,then there is an option to enlarge the image or to saturate the image scanned and printed. The maximum enlargement is 400% and the minimum Saturation is 25%.There is an option named Collate in which if you want print suppose a set of documents, such as a book, that to back to back this function will help you.In this function the minimum sets printed are 2, what you have to do , select collate function, select 2 sided function , scan all your images and then press OK and all your copies will be printed simultaneously.Removing borders from an copy is also a very good function.This machine can also be connect with a computer using a USB port or A RJ 45 cable ( Network).The cartridge/ toner NPG -59 toner last up to 10000 copies , the Drum on which the images are copied lasts up to 40000 copies, however the paper requirement is minimum 70 Gram Per Square Inch.(gsm).

I will Rate 5 out of 5 for its multi-functionality.
Final Verdict:
IF your work load is less than or equal to 1000 copies per day go for this copier machine, if it is greater, there are many high end models available whose output is more that 1000 copies.
