MY VIEW:I found very difficult to find this shaving round in local market, but i could not, finally i found it online on some local e retailer, but for a premium price as they charged me with a flate shipping rate of Rs 100/-.Once i opened the packet , i could smell it , as it has a peculiar smell, like that of a detergent, an old school detergent.however i is easy lathering this soap, but later the brush will smell like this soap.As this soap is called by many names like poor man's shaving soap, indias william soap,this is no doubt india's first shaving soap/round.This soap lathers well, you dont need to put your back in to it.But the only thing i don't like about it does not give you a comfortable shave,the blade does not glide very well if you are using this shaving soap.However there is a way for all those old school wet shavers who love this soap, add a bit of glycerine to the shaving brush while you are at it and it will help you to give a wonderful shave .This is a Shaving soap from the 1980's hence a must for the den of old school wet shavers.

i will give it 3.5 out of 5 , 1.5 points are reduced for its uncomfortable side.

Final Verdict:

IF you are in to old school shaving, this is a retro item, its a collectors item for all wet shaver.
